Ed’s struggle with health challenges and addiction left him devastated and unhoused with nowhere to turn.
He came to TCBC and received emergency shelter and the supportive wraparound services he needed to begin rebuilding his life.
With great courage, he stayed on his recovery path and worked closely with our team to secure housing he could afford and maintain on his fixed income.
Ed became stably housed and was kind enough to share his story at our 2025 World Homeless Day gathering.
He expressed his deep gratitude for not only our TCBC team, but also for the caring community that supports our work, brings meals to our men’s shelter, and helped make his new beginning possible.
