The Cornerstone of Beaver County is the go-to resource to access government funding for homelessness,
information, and services. Our emergency housing, basic needs, and referrals and resources are delivered through a variety of programs including:
· ESG Program | · Supportive Services for Veterans Families |
· Coordinated Entry | · Support Services for CYS Families |
· Fair Housing | · Street Outreach |
· Motel Assistance | 24-hour Men’s Emergency Shelter |
In addition to the programs directly administered by TCBC, we also partner with the following organizations who provide services directly out of our Beaver Falls office:
Holy Family Institute
Duquesne Light CAP (Customer Assisted Program) and Dollar Energy Fund
Duquesne Light CAP offers forgiveness for partial arrears and adjusts monthly payments based on the customer’s ability to pay. The Dollar Energy program helps customers obtain grants for electric, gas, and water utilities.
The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank
SNAP – Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
Depending on income guidelines, individuals and families who qualify for SNAP are provided a specific dollar amount loaded onto a debit card to purchase food.
The Franklin Center of Beaver County
Crisis and Resource Assistance
The program links consumers with human service programs, medical care, workforce development, clothing and housing essentials, educational programs, energy assistance, and housing opportunities.
